The sea has always been in Sams’ blood, his family have been fishmerchants for generations, hailing from a Greek-Cyprian linage. Sam first started out as a deck hand on a fishing boat in 1974.
Sam opened his first retail business in Oxford St. Leederville in 1981. Sam also owned and operated stores in Fremantle, Garden City, Victoria Park, Karrinyup and Melville. Nowadays Sam operates stores in Rockingham and Mandurah with a team of 20 and a business partner; Trish.
Our commitment and focus is on premium quality world class Australian seafood, home delivered. Sam has extensive experience and knowledge in the seafood industry working overseas for national Australian companies, as well as representing the industry at government level.
